All of the activities Mobex North East deliver offer elements of teambuilding. Yes, when someone climbs to the top of the climbing wall, it is an individual achievement. Yes, when someone plunges into the waterfall, it is an individual who has chosen to jump.

However, as all of Mobex North East's activities are carried out by groups of people sharing and facing the same fears, communicating with each other and working together to ensure that an activity is safely and successfully completed and enjoyed by everyone, individual achievements are often the result of the support, encouragement and bonds of trust developed between the members of the group you are part of.

We can offer you and your group a programme of teambuilding activities which has been designed to help improve your groups communication and listening skills and to help increase your group's self-esteem, motivation and patience. Our teambuilding activities also pay particular attention to the development of trust and teach clients how to work together as a team.

Whatever the particular needs of your group, we can offer problem solving challenges, overnight walking expeditions, team contests and tasks which involve full team participation in order to achieve a defined goal in order for your group to reach its aims and objectives.

CANOE RAFTS - Teams battle it out - who will reach the finish line first? Time trials - team competitions - tug of war - dance-off - and many more. Each raft holds 6 - 8 people. This activity can work with a group of 50 plus.

MOBEX MAZE - 12 activities - 12 keys to collect - 12 boxes to open - 12 clues that lead to the final task. Can you collect all twelve or will you fail and thus make your final task harder?

BUILD A RAFT - Not only do you compete against other teams in building a raft but you have to solve clues and paddle to a designated spot to collect a sail. The first team to reach the finishing line collects a Mobex trophy.

BEAT THE CLOCK - timed problem solving activities

PAPER TIGER - teams compete to construct towers, bridges, chairs and other large pieces made entirely out of nothing but paper - not as simple as it sounds.

EGG DROP - combine raw eggs with a hard surface and you usually get a mess - this activity asks you to design a contraption that will prevent the egg from smashing on a designated surface from a considerable height.
