Mobex North East designed a specific staff training session to achieve our chosen objective - to encourage members of staff to work with people from departments they usually have little contact with and to strengthen staff relations throughout the whole organisation. From the very first point of contact, Mobex staff listened to our exact specifications and adapted tasks to provide a productive experience for all. They were positive, patient and willing to help at every opportunity.
The problem solving challenges were an interesting combination of light physical activity and logical thinking and most importantly for us, they involved full team participation. The afternoon itself was very well organised and the Mobex staff were encouraging and friendly, presenting the tasks with a true passion for what they do.
Staff team building days are all too often looked upon as a needless waste that could be better spent in the office. We believe that it's days like these that help get the best out of people in the workplace.
A big thank you to all at Mobex North East for such a wonderful experience. We will most definitely look towards using you again for future staff training events.

After discussions the staff adapted their programme to provide an interesting experience for the students. [They were] very positive and keen to assist even when plans had to change.

Mobex North East is the ideal organisation if you want a pratcical hands on approach to team building. The outdoors session at Kirkley Hall was a refreshing change from traditional classroom based staff training and the venue was wonderful.
Staff from Mobex facilitated the problem solving games in a positive, encouraging manner and were very helpful and approachable. They did their utmost at all times to get the best from every participant during each task.
We would like to thank everyone at Mobex who helped organise such an enjoyable day and deliver, what to us, has been a valuable team development tool.
